Every vanitis product is created with care and delivered with attention. If something is not right with your order, our team will review your request fairly and professionally.

To maintain hygiene standards and fairness for all customers, the following policy applies.

1. Hygiene & Product Safety

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, items cannot be returned once opened.

Returns are not accepted if:

• packaging has been opened
• protective seals are broken
• products have been used or swatched

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims must include:

• order number
• photos of the product
• photos of packaging

Claims may require additional verification and in some cases return of the affected product for inspection.

Claims showing evidence of misuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity may be rejected.

3. Resolution Options

If a claim is verified we may offer:

• replacement product (if available)
• refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds include the product price paid. Taxes included in the purchase price will be refunded where applicable
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is affected.

4. Skin Compatibility

Ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Returns cannot be accepted due to individual skin sensitivities or shade preference. Patch testing is recommended before full use.

5. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If shipments are refused, returned due to unpaid charges, or returned because of incorrect address details, shipping and customs costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
